Silwood Park is a postgraduate campus of Imperial College London, located in the village of Sunninghill near Ascot, Berkshire. One of Britain’s foremost centres for research and tuition in ecology, evolution, and conservation. Silwood Park hosts numerous cutting-edge laboratories and greenhouses, along with some of the world's oldest long-term ecological field experiments. It has been part of Imperial College since 1947.
The Silwood Park grounds are one of the campus highlights: the extensive land includes grassland, scrubland, mature woodland, three streams, a large lake, an orchard, an ornamental Japanese garden, multiple allotments, and (naturally) a croquet lawn.
